Belzagar is a character in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. He is a Lord from the realm of Númenor who supports Pharazôn's claimant to the throne. Belzagar is portrayed by Will Keen, first appearing in the Season Two episode "The Eagle and the Sceptre".
