Doble was a mentioned character in The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power. He was one of sailors in the Sundering Seas.
History[]
Doble was among a group of Southlanders who set sail on the Sundering Seas, only to be attacked by a sea creature called the worm that destroyed their ship. They fashioned together a makeshift raft and were left stranded for two weeks. They happened upon Galadriel and Abigail insisted they let her board, despite Eamon's protests. As they argued, Abigail made it clear she didn't want to exercise cruelty. Eamon didn't think she was that bothered when they debated Doble's death. The raft was later attacked by the worm again and everyone aboard perished except Halbrand.[1]
