Vilya, one of the three Elven Rings of Power
Vilya is one of the three Elven Rings of Power. Crafted during the Second Age by Celebrimbor and the Elven-smiths of Eregion, Vilya incorporated a blue stone set into ring made of an alloy mixing Mithril with gold and silver from Valinor. The ring was constructed with the hope of arresting and reversing the waning of the Elves, although the ring had power in its own right.
